1. Tax regulations require that we have a rental contract for all guests, which will be sent to you after your booking request and we'll be asking you to resend it signed.

2. You will be also required to complete a booking form with the names of all the members of your family/group and useful information data concerning your trip. For the rental contract we will require the passport/ID number and address of the lead name, this person is also responsible for the security bond.

3. Your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal details are diligently safeguarded, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Greek Law. Only authorized persons are permitted to access personal information in performing their duties in respect of our services.

4. The apartment is for sole use of the guests named on this booking form and must not - under any circumstances - be let or sub-let.

5. Guests are reminded that the owners, owner’s agents and management companies do not take responsibility or liability for injuries caused when using the facility provided as part of this rental agreement. 

6. Children must be supervised at all times when using the house and garden.

7. The owners or agents will not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by force majeure, including strikes, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, riots, fire, floods, inclement weather or any travel problems associated with airlines or other means of transport. 

8. 234 steps guest house is a non smoking house. Smoking though is permitted in the garden area and balcony.

9. No stag/hen parties, unruly behavior, loud music or disturbances of any kind will be tolerated; any behavior as such will result in eviction from the property without a refund. 

10. We ask that our guests treat the apartment and its contents with respect at all times and that the property is kept in the same condition as it is handed over. (Any need for excessive cleaning due to misuse of the house will be charged for at an additional cost). 

11. This is a self catering apartment and we do provide all the essential items for your comfort, we do ask that you do not leave rubbish on the property in between maid service. Please put it in the outside bins. 

12. Any property loss, damages or misuse of the house beyond normal wear and tear will be charged for. 

13. The lead member of the family/group must be over the age of 25 years and any guests that are under the age of 25 must include their ages on the contract. 

14. The minimum length of stay is 5 days, except of special offer announcements - after agreement with the owner

15. Pets are not allowed

16. Maximum occupancy of the apartment is 3 guests.

17. Departure time up to 12:00

18. The prices displayed are per night, for two prs and include the amenities and services described in our website.

19. Deposit, prepayment, cancellation charges may apply as detailed in the "Payment and Cancellation policy"

20. In case of any change or cancellation by us due to extraordinary reasons, you will be given a full refund.
